Get more Google reviews—without getting pushy.

The best system is simple: ask every genuine client neutrally, make the link easy to reach and treat every answer as useful feedback.

Ask after the service

Send one calm request while the experience is still fresh.

Ask for honesty

Never tell a client which rating or words to use.

Never offer a reward

Discounts, gifts and services in exchange for reviews are prohibited.

The repeatable system

Four small steps after every appointment.

  1. 01

Create your official Google review link or QR code from your Business Profile.

  2. 02

Add the link to one saved SMS or email template.

  3. 03

Ask all genuine clients in the same neutral way—not only clients you expect to be positive.

  4. 04

Reply professionally, protect client privacy and move complex concerns into a private conversation.

Copy-ready messages

Ask naturally. Leave the rating to them.

Google policy checklist

Keep every review genuine and unbiased.

Do

  • Ask clients who had a genuine experience
  • Request honest feedback without influencing it
  • Use your official review link or QR code
  • Reply constructively and protect privacy

Do not

  • Offer discounts, gifts or free services
  • Ask only clients likely to leave five stars
  • Pressure clients while they are on the premises
  • Ask for a particular rating or scripted wording

When a review is negative

Respond for the next reader, not to win an argument.

Acknowledge the concern without revealing appointment details. Invite the reviewer to contact the salon privately, investigate what happened and keep the public reply calm. Flag a review only when you believe it violates Google’s content policies.
